Friday, June 5, 2026 My husband and I went to the InTouch Credit Union on Warren Parkway in Frisco this afternoon. MyKinthia met us at the door with a beautiful smile. My husband needed to get a new debit card. MyKinthia was most professional and such a joy. She is amazing. 😊

Best new customer experience at a credit union I have ever had. Initial setup was all online w/ Yinera who was very knowledgeable and helpful and then I had to come into to the branch where I met Tyren Lee who was extremely professional and friendly. 10|10 recommend.
