Went to JCPenney, Stonebriar today, and the gal that checked me out was extremely rude. I had $10.00 in rewards and she refused to let me use my phone number to get the $10.00, her associate number is 0065, for anyone working there. I used to love going to JCPenney's, but every time I go to the Stonebriar location, the employees are so rude and dismissive. I will not be shopping at this location ever again.

I have rediscovered my love for JC Penney! I ordered an Instant Pot online and picked up the appliance from the store at Stonebriar Mall. I was impressed that they actually have red carts available to move heavier and large amounts of goods, if needed. I was able to take the elevator and wheel the cart to my car in the Mall parking lot. So convenient! I had ordered swim apparel online but had the items shipped to my home about one month ago. I only had to return one item and the process was made simple and easy to understand. I really hope that JC Penney stays in business at this location, since it is easy to get to.

Hi
I was at JCPenney today and this week was my bday, I never really go anywhere during the week and my boyfriend was treating me to whatever I wanted. I was on my way to Sephora and I noticed nobody was there at the makeup area in Jcpenny stonebrair mall @7:25pm. So I walk over ,a the lady that was working there never acknowledged my presence. I said hello three times then she goes hello and walked behind the counter. Me thinking prior to walking into the area I was going to get great customer service. Umm nope. She continue fixing lipsticks and not acknowledging me at all. She doesn’t know me from a can of paint but yet I got nothing from her. Very upset about what happened. Please discuss customer service with your employee

This store did not have much of a selection in women’s clothing. It seemed to had a lot of 70s clothing style, which I didn’t care for.

I will confess that I retired from JCPenney and have the lifetime associate discount card. I came in for their white sale, and got incredible deals on the most luxurious bedding and a bath accessories such as towels and washcloths for my new place. My only problem is that I have all these heavy bulky items and I'm trying to lug around and on the floor that I was on it was only one cash register pod that was open. And I asked about a shopping cart, and the only shopping carts were being taken up by the people that work there! On my way out, I realize there's a whole ton of shopping carts on the first floor. So JCPenney get your act together it doesn't cost that much money for you to properly distribute the shopping carts and tell your vendors and your employees not to use them! It drives customers away!

My family and I went to JCPenny stone briar in Frisco to find my niece a dress for her father daughter dance. While she was trying on her dresses a grown man walked out of the kids fitting room, along with a line of men standing outside the fitting room looking while waiting. There was a men’s fitting room less than 20 yards away. It was disgusting and uncomfortable. None of the workers that saw this did a thing about it. When I tried to call to complain there was no answer and I called 3 times. This is completely unsafe behavior and will not be tolerated by me or my family.
