Great bank. Just wish they would open a branch (or branches!) in the great north up by 380 like every other bank and business and thousands upon thousands of people! What are you waiting for? The population shift has already happened.

Took $60 cash into bank to exchange for $5s. Long story short, after long discussion with teller I was told if I didn't have an account they would have to charge me! This is a bank, not 7-11, anyone should be able to exchange cash for cash. I am going to try this at Chase (no acct there) and see what happens. Amazing
