I was never a fan of department stores and hadn’t thought of Macy’s, maybe ever, actually. Well I’ve gone in there three time over the last 60 days and ordered from their website three times. They’ve come a long way and have toys for my kids via toys r us inside their stores.

The customer service here at the perfume counter is always weird.I purchased a Gucci Guilty Gift Set,the associate wasn't friendly which should have been sign..but got it home & it had no scent. Ended up returning it the perfume & of course all the associates & a manager gathered at the Gucci counter never to greet me. Explained the situation, associate expressed no concern, offered no empathy. The vendor employees have better service than the actual Macy's employees! This location is a clear indication of why department stores are loosing foot traffic!

Racist staff at the counters. I was not allowed to buy the clothes with my drivers license and SSN because the credit card address is different to my drivers license address. Until I was able to confirm the old address. Me entering my SSN and showing my TX drivers license is not enough.
Another african lady at the counter was happy to process the transaction without any questions.
The white lady is condescending and combative just to run a transaction.
I am spending my money elsewhere next time.

Worst macys experience i’ve ever had. Employees were fine but why am i getting coupons if i can’t even use them. Basically got scammed and was so unsatisfied. Also took so long to make a transaction just to tell me it couldn’t go through. Don’t give out coupons if you won’t let anyone use them.

It’s on sale but don’t honor it. I had to go on line to prove it. The escalator is not working, the elevator is not working how they expect people to go there and shop.
