While some customers have had positive experiences with the friendly and helpful staff, such as the manager Aaron Walker, others have reported less satisfactory customer service, with employees seeming distracted or disengaged. The store is well-stocked with cute and clean clothing, but the overall customer experience can be hit or miss.
Employees could be more approachable and maybe do their job a little better. Some people are good but most cases I’ve came here they’ve been rude or just simply don’t help out or try to.

A while ago I had left a bad review but now I have to change it to a 5 star after coming in and getting helped by Kayoa she was so helpful and sweet helped me find good deals I ended up leaving the store with the best new outfits this might be the best location now after the remodel.

Can't say I agree with this "Bing Bong" character, seeing as he left a four star review. I simply have to call into question the validity of his review.On the other hand, I had an exceptional experience with the staff here during my two week trip down to Frisco.
