The crew is always cleaning, maintaining a clean environment in the gym and locker rooms. There is a lot of equipment, including great machines that are kept operating and up to date. The gym provides a welcoming space with a good environment where people are respectful, reinforced by messages not to be judgmental of others. It is a Judgement Free Zone. While the gym can get pretty full during evening hours, the wide selection of equipment allows for substitutions. Overall, it is a best choice with a great environment and attentive staff dedicated to helping members.
