“I stopped by on a Friday afternoon to mail two packages - one international and one domestic. Service was top notch! There was no wait, and the staff was so friendly. Also, the location is really nice since it's located in the same building as the Frisco Public library. The post office is a small room that has envelopes, stamps, and anything else you would need for basic mailing/shipping. Best post office experience that I have ever had!”

Several hours later, she noticed my package was set aside, and then made a point to find my business on Etsy and message me! I’m so appreciative of her for going way beyond what was “required” and her fantastic customer service!!”
