Sandy’s staff are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The staff take time to find the right shoe or dance wear for the daughter. They has a great selection of canvas shoes, pointe shoes, elegant skirt and attire. The staff has a lot of knowledge, patience and are super friendly. Great service and an amazing experience for who drove three hours for an appointment. The staff are extremely nice and will definitely be back.
USPS lost my dancer’s order, which she now needs in less than three days! I called the shop and they literally hand-delivered her order to my front porch within 3 hours of me calling (and we do not live close to the shop). Amazing customer service. Beyond professional. Highly recommend!
