“My family has been shopping at the Frisco New Balance for years and we couldn’t be more pleased. Aaron is our dedicated salesperson and he is excellent at fitting our shoes. My son is a runner and I am a dancer and we are both seasoned athletes with very specific needs to protect our feet. Aaron always remembers us and knows just what we need. The entire team at this store is great. Everyone is professional and helpful. New Balance is ‘our’ brand and the Frisco location is our store! I highly recommend them.”

“9.5.23I had several transactions with two different stores buying 3 pairs of scrubs. However, I primarily delt with the frisco store when it came to ordering the last pair. I came in and returned a different color and style which came out as an even exchange because what I ordered was the same price even though it was a different brand and color. Fast forward 2 weeks my order never came in. I came in to find out what the SNAFU was all about. Apparently the previous manager didn't order my scrubs.KIKI and RHONDA fixed the problem immediately. “I am a customer who comes perhaps every other month or so and am always delighted with the quality of service I receive. The young lady who frequently takes care of me, the name on the last receipt is Taylor, which I do not believe is her name, is incredible. She remembered my name, which was a shocker. It is clear she loves her job and cares about her customers. Whatever you must do to keep this woman is worthy of the effort; she’s that good. Product, exchanges and refunds make using the company so easy. One of the few companies in my opinion who excel with each visit at earning your business.”

“I absolutely loved my wedding dress appointment! I got to work with the stylist Maddie/Maddy and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to everything I had to say, pulled out some of the most beautiful dresses and talked through everything with me. She helped me to think outside of the box and I ended up falling in love with a dress I never would have thought to pick out. She helped make the moment real by adding a veil, bouquet, and some play jewelry so I could get an idea of what it would be like on my wedding day. They had the most beautiful and unique dresses unlike any other store I had looked at recently. I would definitely recommend coming here. They are also pretty size inclusive, I’m a bigger girl and they easily accommodated me to better fit my size!”

“I wasn't hopeful walking in because we were not really greeted upon entering. A young man made eye contact but never asked to help. We walked around a few minutes when a young lady, I didn't get her name, asked to help. I asked if she could see if a shoe was available in my size. She quickly returned with the shoe I requested. I went to pay out, and a different lady was very polite, even laughed at my silly dad joke. Both ladies stood there and talked with for a few minutes. Overall, I would say we had a positive experience at this location.”

“I enjoyed my shopping experience with Angelica. She gave me a warm greeting as soon as I arrived into the store and asked me if she could help me find anything I informed her that I know exactly what I was looking for and that I would have to order them online because my shoe size is not carry in store. After letting her know that I was looking for a black stiletto she showed me several different options and styles that I would like, I appreciate her showing me multiple styles instead of just letting me order the shoe that I was looking for. Her manager then stepped in and explained to me a plastic grip that can be placed on the bottom of the shoe to prevent slipping. I would recommend taking a little more detail and care with shipping the shoes as the top of the box was destroyed.”
