Very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful.”
“I went yesterday. The store had the shoes that I wanted in stock. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about each shoe and understood what type I wanted without me knowing it. I would come again for the white glove experience to buy shoes than the big box retailer. Extremely happy to have found this gem.”
“Store associate Danny was very helpful in making sure we picked the right fit. He is patient, listens to your concerns and makes appropriate suggestions. This store has a good selection of shoes and we ended buying 4 pairs for our family. The associates spend a good amount of time with each customer and offer great suggestions. Based on the pressure points and measurement, I was surprised with the shoes suggested by Danny. I would have never picked those shoes but I was pleasantly surprised how comfortably they fit. I strongly recommend this store over a typical box store or any other shoe store. This is one of a kind personalized shopping experience.”

“Went in to get my wife a new set as she has had 1 pair for far too long always sacrificing her needs for others I was greeted by kiwi as soon as I walked in. I wasn't ready as I was waiting for size confirmation. So as I waited watching kiwi and her customer service was awesome and when it was my turn she didn't disappoint. When she asked how tall my wife was to visually fit her perfectly without her there was great. I had a great experience in there with her and will be back for more scrubs in the future.”

“We were buying Doc Martens for each other as valentine's Day presents and were lucky enough to have Nick help us pick our boots. “I rarely write reviews, but this place is really great. It feels like stores used to feel 20 years ago. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. No upsell. The employees really want you to get the best shoe and don't act like you're bothering them. I got a pair of shoes I'm really happy with, and learned a lot in the process. Will be the only place I buy running shoes going forward.”

They make returns/exchanges easy, never make me feel like a nuisance, they’re helpful with dressing rooms and finding things even when the store is busy. I’ve been in half a dozen times over the last year and the store is consistently organized, clean, with friendly staff.”

The carters always provide kids clothes which are affordable and gentle to skin. The quality of the garments are top class. This shop has wide range of clothings and footwear. Would love to return at this location.”

I'm a footlocker type of girl but she won me over to champs. But I will only go into champs in Frisco mall because of her and her services. Her energy warms the whole store. “So today I went into shoe palace last minute. Just to browse. Then I started talking to one of the employees, Devante (I really hope I didn’t get his name wrong). I was talking about my style and what I like to wear and he helped me find the perfect pair of air max shoes. Turns out it was only his second day! I had no idea until I checked out. It was November 22, 2025 around 11:00 AM so if I didn't get his name right, I hope the store can share this review with him. S/o that young man! You can just tell when you’re dealing with a good natured person. He’s one of them.”
