Had an amazing experience with Rebecca today! She was extremely kind and patient with me, and spent probably an hour helping me find a bra that fit properly. I went from a 36C to a 34DDD, and had no idea bras were supposed to fit that well. She seriously went down every avenue with me to find the right fit, and never once made me feel uneducated or self-conscious. Employees like her make SUCH a difference, especially for young girls who might otherwise have chronic pain from ill-fitting garments. Thanks for the help today!!

Called the Frisco, TX location to confirm availability of an item prior to driving an hour and 15 minutes for nothing and was told, " I don't think we have that" when online advertising states pick up today. I did want this item but not enough to make a dry run because the person didn't feel up to doing her job today. I'm slowly losing my wits with Soma & your customer service. This is becoming the norm for your stores, smh.

Worst service ever!Unprofessional and rude staff. They don’t know their own return and exchange policies after sale ends. Most of the staff doesn’t know anything about the measurements and right sizing.

Absolutely the worst service EVER! I have been shopping at this store for years but I will not be back. I was not greeted, I was not asked if I needed assistance until I was walking out the door. That makes me angry especially since I do not live in Texas anymore and was looking forward to getting a new bra. The store associate was more than happy to complain about the customers in the store... while I was in the dressing room. She also stated that she wasn't interested in staying after the store closed to clean up the store. I can tell you that the professionalism and customer service leaves much to be desired. While I am only one person and my money doesn't matter...I will definitely think twice before shopping at this or any other soma or sister company.

I've been struggling to find a bra that fits my changing shape, with the help of a wonderful young woman, we found the perfect bra! I'm only sorry I have forgotten her name.

The store is well stocked and has a great selection. The associates were friendly and helpful. Liz helped me with my first-time fitting and was very knowledgeable and helpful! I have found a new go-to for all of my lingerie needs!

I have purchased about 7 support bras from Soma and will no longer purchase from them. 4 of my bras had the underwire break and I only hand wash and air dry my bras. They need to use better quality products.

The most unfriendly associates ever. NO we csnnotnhelpmuounisnallmtjey know. Nobody goes out do their to assist you. Awful customer service experience always. Makes me Not want to shop here anymore.

If I could give a zero I would. I walked in last night prepared to spend money. There were no employees in sight. I figured maybe they were helping someone in the fitting room or has to check stock real quick so I waited and waited and waited. Good thing I’m an honest person because otherwise I could have robbed them blind. I waited for a good 10 minutes and no one even so much as poked their head out to check on the store! Terrible.

I went there at 10 AM to pick my up online order. one of the employees were there and told me that my order wasn't here. She told me to wait and dissapeared for 30 minutes. Another employee came and asked me is I had an online order. I told her the information and she found it under 30 seconds. Do I have to wait 30 minutes just to pick up my order? And I went there when the store opened and there were no customers and wasn't busy at all. I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN :(
