I lived at this place for 6 years and recently moved to be closer to family and friends. This is such a great complex with an amazing community. I hated to leave as I’ve never felt as at home as I did here. Thank you Enclave at Stonebrook for being an amazing place to live!

This apartment complex is really nice. Mrs. Estrada was able to help me move in and the process was easy and fast I was able to move in the next day! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to find a great place to live in Frisco!

We stayed here for the past few years and we admit it's one of the best community in frisco. Leasing office team(Cindy, Maitri, Bella) were very friendly and patient and we hope they continue the same amazing work. We had a pleasant experience on the whole. Thanks guys!

My job has required that I frequently move to other states .Over these many years I have experienced many differences in Apartments .I am extremely impressed with the quality of service ,friendliness and maintenance in the up keep of The Enclave .

From my first call, I could tell this complex was different. The team is responsive, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond. They made the leasing process easy, always keeping me informed of specials and availability. I was impressed with how interactive the girls were with the residents, they are always having small events for holidays and even resident appreciation days. I toured three times to ensure my furniture fit, and they were happy to accommodate me each time. They were also incredibly welcoming to my dogs, who loved all the pets and treats! Moving in has only confirmed my great first impression—everyone, including the manager and maintenance, are kind and professional. I already feel at home and know this will be the best, most personable, and pet-friendly community I’ve lived in. This has also been the best well kept unit i have seen where the paint does not look caked on and you can tell they take pride in their work.

I’ve had a great experience living at enclave at stonebrook. Cindy and her office staffs are always helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring, addressing any issues quickly. Cindy is very knowledgeable, active and energetic I really love her services and The community events are amazing and unique—they truly strive to build a sense of community here. The amenities are top-notch and consistently well-maintained, making life here even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

The current arrangement of building numbers is inconsistent and challenging for delivery drivers to navigate. To improve the situation, could we consider adding directional signs that indicate building locations, or reorganize the building numbers to follow a logical sequence? This would greatly enhance accessibility and efficiency.

My wife and I moved in recently, and we love the services of Bella and Paula Gil and Maitri parekh and the location has easy access to a multitude of different grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, in addition to being close to SH-121 for highway access. Our unit itself is in good condition with appliances. Paula and Maitri helped us a lot for application process so quick
Maitri and Paula made the leasing process a breeze and was always quick to respond with accurate information to any questions or concerns we had no matter how many. Once our lease began, interactions with her and the rest of management stayed transparent and helpful.

Totally disappointed! Their office workers are not synchronized. One person says something and another says something else. Poor complex with worst office workers ever!!!
Highly recommend you to move on and do not waste your time and money here.

This is a great place to live. The only issue I have is the parking. If you come home after 8pm, you won’t be able to find any more parking spot inside the complex, so you’re gonna have to park outside the gate. Also, you shouldn’t allow company vehicles park inside the complex. It should be reserved for residents with their personal vehicles. That way more parking spots are open.
