“I was tasked with my job to tour other luxurious establishments so I choose this one. The goal was to see how other establishments give visits and take back what we could do better. The visit was awesome. Nathan was thorough and knowledgeable. He talked about each package, each product and how they fit with the architecture of each room. It was a great reminder to slow down and enjoy the experience rather than rush. I’d recommend to anyone!!”

“A buddy and me were running errands and looking for somewhere to park it for a bit to just chill, he asked if I had been to “up in smoke” cuz he knows I enjoy an occasional cigar and drink…I said I had over in Lewisville, but it wasnt somewhere I wanted to “hang” he mentioned he did quite a bit there so we decided to try it, so we went to the closest one to Little Elm which is actually in Little Elm, and man was it great! coach was making solid drinks and was knowledgeable about both cigars and Booze and I am no stranger to either and we all had great convo, then I mentioned we were going to split to grab some food, Coach said “we usually have snack type stuff you guys wnt some ham?” And they hd whole spirl sliced ham over in the little hallway area in the slow cooker staying warm, and you had a couple options for side items, it was nice little informal lunch, it kept us in the bar. It was a very good hang session bout 2-3 hours, then split, left me vibing the rest of the day. Killer little Gem for little elm/frisco area, def go!”
“I went to 6 different smoke/vape stores today trying to find the right box mod kit and was getting pretty frustrated until I came here and met Veronica. She came as soon as she had the chance to greet me and make sure I know where to find what I was looking for. She gave me the space to make my own decision and compare products without suggesting a million things I didn’t need to hear about and she was MORE than happy to help answer any questions.
