“Listen, this IS THE LOCAL SHOP YOURE LOOKING FOR. I’ve been visiting Sublime for 3 years now. These people order legitimate products from my experience—you’d be surprised how many shops do not. I tried getting photos of everything— but there’s too many options of things you’d never expect a vape to have.
I travel 45 min and back to come to this shop and I do it for the kind people who work here, for the good rewards program, and to support against any competition, and for the fantastic variety of products along with any questions answered with the utmost care and integrity.
And listen, like, I’m not the most social butterfly with strangers but have always felt welcome inside of Sublime. Never left with a faulty, broken, or fraudulent product. They keep good stock constantly also compared to other nearby shops.
If you aren’t sure of something definitely ask, even if you’re a bit awkward like I am, it’ll be an easier conversation to have. People come to smoke shops for PLENTY of different reasons.
Whatever your reason being, you’re welcome here, and they can help you. They have something new every time I come back. Great prices, great employees, quality products. Thanks Chris (as well as the other employees) for helping me tonight and all the other times I’ve come in—whether that be shy, anxious, having a good or bad day, unsure, in a rush, &or looking rough.?? “10/10 store, from the service to the selection of high-quality cigars to the atmosphere of this place. I walked into this store the day I turned 21. Amazing people at the counter helped me find the perfect cigars to try for the first time, as well as another customer who was just shopping. Overheard it was my first time; next thing you know, everyone’s helping me find the perfect cigars and giving me the ins and outs of being a beginner cigar smoker. “I enjoy patronizing and supporting mom and pop businesses. This store carries, more of everything else, and not much tobacco. The reason, any retail business exists, is because of the customers.
These people, who run this business, are pretty friendly.. for the most.
But, I smoke cigarettes. They don't have my brand. Over the past year, I have made several requests, for them to start carrying my brand of cigarettes.. only, for them to treat me as nothing more than fodder, regarding that.
It's like, I am not important enough.
I'm tired of settling.
I've worked retail, much of my working life. I know how to treat customers.. like I want them to come back.. because they matter, and without them.. I would not have had a job. I enjoy serving others.
I just don't get it. Either they get it in gear, or I will not patronize their business, any longer. I never played the race card.
But, maybe I should(?). I love all people, no matter their race. Everyone matters.

“Happy Smoke && I have been going steady for 2 years strong and each time, I walk through those doors, I can’t help but smile and fall deeper in love. From the great selection of Vape Mods to the affordability of the Salt Nic liquids not to mention all the awesome CBD product selection. But, the real hidden gem there is Micah, he is very attentive in all aspects, highly intelligent, product knowledgeability sky high and emotionally intellectual, being able to recognize my vibe and know how to communicate in a meaningful positive conversation but most importantly, he LISTENS! Micah shows me what he thinks might help as well as taking the time to make me feel important and cared for.
