What's wrong with this company. Why would they close on Friday's and Saturday's. These are vital days to be open. Bad decision.

If you are a black customer I suggest finding another store to go to. I came in to return two items and when I walked in no one spoke or acknowledged me until I said something , but as soon as persons of different skin color walk in they greeted them warmly . I also had my labels on my phone the lady at the counter tells me I needed to print them off and if she were to do it , it would be 2 dollars and some change but again other persons with different skin color got it done on the house . I’ll never come back to this store … I’ll stick with the one near my house In Frisco they are always pleasant and welcoming no matter what !

This location has the worst customer service. They are not even giving the correct receipts and tracking numbers to the customers. When I asked for correction, they shut the door on me while standing behind the door and laughing. It seems they have placed new college students as employees to make profit, and they don't provide proper service. There is no supervision either.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They clawed close to closing (not yet closed) and sent us out of the store and repeated that they were closed. If this were my franchise I would certainly reprimand the employees as this isn’t good business. I’ll drive further away next time if needed rather than be treated in such a way. Otherwise will use FedEx

This location of the UPS store is very convenient for me. I like that they have reasonably close parking and if the close parking is full there's lots of available parking nearby. They seem to be pretty fast at checkout compared to others. This may be in part because they have installed a quick self-service returns for Amazon packages and such, which is a more convenient setup than the one at whole foods in my opinion.

Damon was very helpful. I put the wrong address on the package and he was able to contact corporate to change the address. There was another guy in the store who was not helpful at all. His name was George I believe.
