Cedric was extremely helpful and patient with us. We had a complicated switch and not once did he rush us. Seriously so kind patient and helpful with us. Verizon give Cedric a bonus, he’s a quality employee and that’s hard to come by these days. Went above and beyond!

Very professional! Shout out to Abdel. He is very professional and helpful. We went to multiple places , he is the only one is able to address the problem. He even allow us to chose the number. Please give Abdel a raise , let him train the rest of Verizon store within USA, which help Verizon make more deals and greater company too.

Worst customer service ever!! We wanted to purchase Beats Pro, display sign had them for $299 the store manager would not honor his display sign. He stated that price changed yesterday and that he will not sale them for that price even though the display stated that. He was very rude and would not allow me to take pics of the display sign to show that it didn’t have a date. He didn’t apologize and told us to leave because he would not honor that price.

Got onto their waiting list after walking in. Waited a while and couldn't find the original employee, so I asked another employee to help me find the original one, but he refused and was extremely rude about it. Never going back. The employees at At&T and T-Mobile were much nicer.

Visited this place on 13Jun2023 to rerun my wife trade in mobile. The store not accepting the phone and they suggested to drop at UPS location.This is located at 2330 Preston Rd Suite 500, Frisco, TX 75034.The staff is responsive & customer friendly.

The worst customer serviceI’ve been to this location three times in the last year hoping this time I will connect to a Verizon employee who can show an ounce of humility or appreciation towards their job, the company and the customers. Arrived at the same time another customer did. The other customer was "checked in", then the sales lady checked us in immediately. Little did we realize that meant we had to wait for her to finish with a problem customer. We watched 2 other customers come in and be helped immediately. We left. Bad customer service all round.

In November 2022, I transferred my three lines from AT&T to Verizon in hope to get Verizon's $200 per line rebate for transfer. I confirmed this with the agent in this store. However, after 3 months left. I never received it. I contacted the Verizon online service. They said they cannot track if the agent had filled a rebate request for me or not. I am really surprised. A company like Verizon cannot keep their words and an agent from their store cheated their customer like this. Really disappointed with this company. Hope I can give no Star to them.

Customer service is Horrible. Black guy with the bald head and beard is not helpful at all. He gave me my phone and said that when I turn it on, it will activate. It has been 5 days and I am still active with my previous carrier.Went in today to return my device and deactivate my account. Same guy seen me waiting. I asked for help, he walked off and never returned.GO TO ANOTHER STORE!

Lost my ID and phone so wanted to replace it. Called in advance and was told by the office I would be able to purchase a Phone and for the full amount not finance with no id. I also had a picture id with a social security card to match. When I went in I patiently waited, even though it was not that busy. I was told I could not. Manager sounded sick and shouldn't even be in store could barley even speak huge health hazard. Ordered online and picked up at another location no problem. Just go to another store there are several in the area. DONT WASTE TIME AT THIS LOCATION.

I wish I could 0 stars. The sales team there is very rude especially when you are going to them with a question. They are so nice to you when you go for a new connection. We had some question on the first bill for which we first called customer care. They asked us to go back to the store and enquire. When my husband went to enquire about this they were rude.
