Multiple 6 figure accts yet can’t deposit huge checks on mobile. Have to go in. Only have one person working the front counter despite multiple people inside. Either wait a long time… or They will tell you to use an atm. However when you use the atm to deposit a check and a 45k check gets lost in the atm….You are told on big checks it’s better to come inside…. Terrible business approach in my opinion. Give two stars cause I have a lot of good interactions at other branches

It took me 4 trips and 10 hours to settle my mother's estate. Each time that I was there I was told I needed a different document or different wording on a document. Working with Wells Fargo is a nightmare.

Had issues with an online account and was forced to show up to the branch to resolve after they allowed someone else to fraudulently create an account in my name last year (which i immediately shut down). They needed me to prove my identity in person to remove the fraudulent information linked to my account, but they never required that for the fraud to occur when it was created, apparently, which is ironic.Left the branch after I was told all was fixed only to find out the fraudulent email was still linked to my account as soon as I got home, requiring yet another call to fix. 2 hours wasted with this bank over their incompetence, I'll never do business with them moving forward.

Very nice branch and nice people.I opened a new account with Jordan and he is amazing, very polite and explain every single detail to me.I can not be more happy.100% recommend.

I went in today to cash a check, but the teller did not seem to know much in regards to making a deposit in the app or at the branch also she had very poor customer service.

This is the WORST location ever. The tellers are beyond rude and disrespectful. I went there to get a cashier check to pay my rent like I always do and was told I had to come inside of the branch although I was sick .. when I got in the branch I was immediately handed a paper thin mask and waited in a very long line . When I made it the teller she seem irritated.. then ask me to write down how much I needed and so far for my cashiers check. After making me go through numerous of security verifications she finally tells me to confirm the Amy on the keypad , she then tells me no I don't have to give you this service, I was like why? She said because I don't like your attitude and the verbal you have been using , I was so shocked that she was talking me to in this manner in front of other customers, I was truly embarrassed. I then asked for the branch manager and she told me that their isn't one. No wonder they talk and treat customers anyway here. I never write long bad reviews . I will be calling corporate to report the rude teller AND file a complaint with the BBB.

Wells Fargo banks have become the biggest joke I have ever dealt with in my entire life as far as banking needs you can't ever get ahold of anybody when you call into the locations nor do they ever have anybody on staff to assist you no notaries on staff at 3 different locations on a Saturday

Worst branch I’ve been to. They refuse to see business banking customers without an appointment. Even for a simple task and when the bank is EMPTY. One other customer in the entire bank and they said they were too busy. The banker was sitting in his office twiddling his thumbs. Went to a different branch and got it resolved in 5 minutes. This place needs a complete overhaul — tellers to the bank manager.

Wells Fargo has become a very impersonal bank. Everything has to be done online. My local branch seldom answers the phone. Switching to a smaller bank soon.

Second time needing services from this particular branch. Seems like they try to get out of serving you than trying to serve. Macie was very helpful with information and proactive but the older short haired blonde lady seems aloof and extremely Un-relatable. I always have to end up at the Wells Fargo Branch on 423 in Little Elm. They are exceptional and tend to the needs of every human being that walks into their branch.
