Nelly and Isaac really made me a happy customer today. I was getting hit with the monthly fees on my debit card for not having enough in my debit account. They reimbursed me some of the money and were so polite throughout the entire process. Great customer service and this keeps me a Wells Fargo customer. THANK YOU!!
