Tellers used to be smiley and helpful,,,,, This Little Elm location hires none of those, but puts non- friendly, non helpful grumps behind the glass: SUAD had the sour puss face today, I cancelled my transaction and walked out I stop here infrequently - only if I have to hit Walmart, Lowe's,,, I have personal accounts, business accounts and joint accounts with my parents for the last 17 yrs, and I get "you can't do that" so many times at Little Elm,, I go to Gates of Prosper location and I am welcomed with a friendly hello, I ask for assistance and they get my transactions done, even for multi party transactions and they set up a branch appointment across the country for my sister, I use 10+ other WF locations from Denton sites, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Plano, Frisco, McKinney and others with success,,, ILittle Elm is the worst branch in north DFW

Poor Service. Have been turned away from the lobby on my past two visits, and had to go to other branches. Will never bank at this location again.

Poor service!!! I hate giving bad reviews but these guys pride themselves on being rude. As u can see from some of the other reviewers...One of the female bankers actually told me that she couldn't help me because she had to hurry and get to her "other job". Their manager (Arthur) made an appointment with me to help me since school just started and didn't want my daughter's attendance affected greatly and the employees kept insisting I was lying. I showed them the phone log of the different times and extensions on my cell phone which shows I couldn't have called myself from their office. They insisted their team member J Stafford had Covid during that timeframe. She actually went home after she made the appointment calls with me. The banker I dealt with today acted like she was calling her mgr/Arthur which the call lasted all of 2 seconds and then rudely told me and my 15 yr old daughter that he told us he couldn't help us. 1st off all of this was a lie. I asked her to call him back so I could talk to him . Of course she wouldn't. What she didn't know was... Arthur was not the one I initially spoke with. He only gave the ok to have the 430 appt time. He was not privy of J Stafford and I entire conversations. I had to sit in the car and explain to my 15 year olds daughter what was proper and improper about this entire interaction at this location. Wells Fargo bombed at this!! My daughter wanted to know why her time was wasted with the banker. She had already made up in her mind she wanted to get to another destination more quickly so asking all the questions she normally would ask to set up an account wasn't necessary. This was truly ridiculous!!!

If zero star rating was available I would. We went in there to make an adjustment to my account and the lady absolutely refuse to work with us and talk to us like children. She admitted that Wells Fargo made a mistake that blocked me from doing anything today and now I got to go out of my way and fix a lot of different things for a mistake they made that they're not willing to own up to and help me work on. I open my account with my mother and I was only maybe 12 at the time but she wanted us to know financial responsibility. At the time my ID said Jesse but with the real ID act we had to go with what my birth certificate says which is Jesus. And she wouldn't budge even though my Wells Fargo credit cards say Jesse. I will never go back to that branch again. After this I might not even stay with Wells Fargo. The employee I'm not giving her the right to be called a banker was Malinsuka

I went there today several items to take care of and was thrilled to be able to go inside and had a very efficient and pleasant teller. I was pleased as I had not been impressed with the McKinney bank. to take care. I wwas

Not the place for new customers. I'll be taking my business to another branch after the employee kept rolling her eyes and looking at her phone to check the time everytime I asked a question. Rude, Malinsuka (or something to that effect) was her name. Also the website clearly states you only need on form of ID to start an account but this chick insisted on two.

Mina is the worst and should not be in a position to speak with customers. I have met her twice and both times I have left this location angry with her. FIRE HER.

Horrible hours, I arrived at 11:40 and the line was long like normal since Covid, at 11:54 the police officer on duty blocked off some of us and said banks close we have things to do and don't have time to wait all day. I said banks still open, so the security officer puts hands on gun and states to move the F along they are closing early.

Fast service with friendly faces. Tellers are quick, and they take good care of you. Accurate info is given and helpful attitudes prevail. Always quiet and comfortable in here.

Newly banking at Wells Fargo. As soon as we signed up, two bogus transactions hit our account in the amount of $1,500, plus change from a "WalMart" wire transfer. Since then, we have been out of that cash and cannot make online transactions. I sense a scam. Do NOT bank here.

Really glad I went to this location instead of taking the reviews to heart. This location is really nice. EVERYONE was super nice and very helpful. I was absolutely shocked. Not sure why the bad reviews are here but I always say go in and check for yourself.

This is a bank which cares too much about its security to the point that it causes inconvenience to its customers....it should look at other big counterparts like BofA and chase and learn from them

Staff here sucks and the lines are always long as hell. They're rude and not friendly at ALL. The branch at Lebanon and Legacy is like five minutes away and they're way nicer and quicker. Regret even wasting my time at this location.
