“I didn't understand the ratings when I looked at this location close to my work. I went to mail a package and I understood why the ratings were high. It was because of the customer service. The post worker was great. She helped me problem solve my issue pleasantly. I wish I would have gotten her name to give full credit.
The customer area is small, it would hold about 4-5 people but they would like only two at a time. Plenty of parking and the place is very clean and well lit.
I think this will be my go to post office in the future.”

“I just left here from booking an appointment for passport with photo and buying money order there at location. Before arriving I read the reviews and grew extremely nervous and almost canceled my appointment. I decided to just go and see because I’m only available on weekends and this location offered Saturday appointments. At arrival I waited in line and then signed in for my appointment, they told me someone would come get me and it was Gabe a woman and my experience was completely positive and a 10/10. She answered all my questions and repeated herself if I didn’t understand, and gave a very excellent customer service. My photo was taken, I gave her all my papers, and she helped me and then I was able to get Money order and pay for everything I needed! I showed up with all my papers and she handled everything else and took my photo and was able to provide me a money order with a small fee all within 1 hour I was out! Definitely will recommend!”
“My certified letter was misplaced and I had the pleasure of witnessing Mona working hard. Mona knew her patrons by name. She was patient and attentive! Apologized many times for my wait! My letter was found. Mona deserves the highest praise!”

Tried to assist as much as possible and provided information on where I would need to go due to package being sent to a different office. However, The area for the public to come in is not air conditioned and can get pretty warm in the summer when more people are present.”

“I was given a wrong mailbox key and I couldn’t find my delivered packages. However, supervisor Steve did an outstanding job by quickly figuring out the issue and hand delivering the correct key after hours on a Saturday. This is an example of going above and beyond for the community. After reading reviews about this post office, I was skeptical about my issue being fixed at all. However, Steve proved to me that we should sometimes put our trust in people without prejudice caused by bad reviews.”
