However, supervisor Steve did an outstanding job by quickly figuring out the issue and hand delivering the correct key after hours on a Saturday. This is an example of going above and beyond for the community. After reading reviews about this post office, I was skeptical about my issue being fixed at all. However, Steve proved to me that we should sometimes put our trust in people without prejudice caused by bad reviews.”

“I didn't understand the ratings when I looked at this location close to my work. I went to mail a package and I understood why the ratings were high. It was because of the customer service. The post worker was great. She helped me problem solve my issue pleasantly. I wish I would have gotten her name to give full credit.
The customer area is small, it would hold about 4-5 people but they would like only two at a time. Plenty of parking and the place is very clean and well lit.
I think this will be my go to post office in the future.”

The management here is solid. The entire crew shows what true leadership in a community should look like.

In a time when many public services feel cold or disconnected, this post office stands apart as a beacon of consistency, joy, and care. My mail comes on time. I’ve never had issues here. And even if there are delays in the broader system, I never feel disrespected or neglected at this location.

The people here are God-fearing, morally grounded, and clearly take pride in doing their jobs with love and integrity. It’s refreshing. It’s honorable. And it deserves to be recognized.

In a city where I’ve had tough dealings with some leadership — still no word from the mayor, still waiting on $1,000 owed by the water district — it makes all the difference to walk into a place like this and be treated like a human being. Like a neighbor. Like a brother.

“I had a very important mail piece (certified mail) sent to my address— but the mail person signed for it and misplaced it on a different mailbox! ?

I called the USPS for them to open a case for me and I was lucky enough to have Adayshia D. from the Katy Annex as the agent helping me with the claim. She went ABOVE & BEYOND, she personally came to my neighborhood and looked for the mail piece herself! Adayshia is the true definition of great customer service and simply the best! ❤️⭐️

I was waiting for the USPS to send out a survey but never received it! I just can’t let her customer service go unnoticed.?”
