“It is a small office, and parking is limited as well. However, the service is excellent; I certainly want to commend the HR team. I have been visiting that branch for four years, and the staff at the service counters are five-star—always ready to help, very friendly, efficient, patient with the public, and knowledgeable about their work; they truly love what they do. They really ought to renovate the branch; it is a bit dated, though very clean. Given the team they have, they deserve a modern office.??”

“My experience with USPS is usually not great, and their workers are usually rude and miserable, BUT TODAY AT THIS LOCATION I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE, the lady with braids (sorry l don’t know her name) was doing a great job!!! Very nice to people, greeting everyone with a smile and wishing customers a nice day, she is definitely making a difference. Amazing! Keep up the good work!”
“Customer Service was good but the website needs let everyone know this is not a full service post office before you go. It only an Annex where you can pick up and drop off boxes, drop off first class letter.”

“Great customer service! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They make shipping, package drop-offs, and printing quick and easy. Mr. EJ is very kind and always willing to help. I’ve always had a great experience here. Highly recommend Cardiff Postal!”
