The majority of employees at this store are fantastic and friendly, providing excellent service. However, there is one individual, known as Jxxx, who may express disapproval if you drop heavy items and ask you go to other store, which can be a source of discomfort. Probably this J is the owner of the store?See attached name card, that guy wrote his name on the card as Jxxx. Full picture of the name card is available if any doubt.

The manager and staff are FANTASTIC at this location! Always friendly and helpful! We’ve been coming g to them for years and I am so lucky that these folks are always there to take care of me! Keep up the great work-we appreciate all you do!

Just wanted to forewarn everyone that they charge $4 for ONE color print flyer. Even if it’s black and white, that’s been emailed to them they “have to charge” computer usage which is $3 + however many print outs you have.One employee said one thing, management said another. At that point, I didn’t care about the $3 anymore but the principle and paid and left during my lunch break.Either way, just wanted to let the community know

Dropped off a USPS package at this UPS location and it has not been scanned in 6 days now. I am assuming it's lost. Have been dropping off USPS packages at other UPS locations and never had any issues.

Shipped overnight package yo New Mexico. Package was NOT delivered until afternoon the next day. Disputed charge on credit card. I was then told by UPS that I committed insurance fraud by disputing the charge. My credit card was charged AGAIN. Then I received an insurance check from them for $20 less than charges. UPS REFUSED the dispute. So I have been charged twice for an item not delivered on time and only received a portion of the first charge back. UPS is STILL refusing the dispute credit. I could not give review unless I gave them one star. That star is not deserved.UPDATE 7/31/2023 - Priti contacted me from The UPS Store #6650. She was polite and courteous and wanted to resolve the issue, which she did. This was an issue with UPS Management, not the store and Priti took the initiative to make it right. Credit was issued as promised. UPS Management needs to see this as an example of customer service.

The best ups store I’ve seen. This is my first time at this location. There is a line of about ten customers most of which holding a box of amazon items for return shipping. The line moves pretty quickly and they work hard and efficiently. No charge for taping the box or for packaging. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks

A+++ Highly recommended!!Had a large-volume print job (1000s of pages) and needed it back basically right away. And WOW, did they deliver! Excellent work, truly GREAT customer service, and all at a competitive price.
