Fast and attentive! One of the employees wrongfully charged me for a set of fax pages sent in the wrong order (not my fault!). Instead of making it right he just said “It’s just math”. I didn’t bother to make a big deal out of 4$ but I’m letting the clientele know to be really careful on how you place your orders
