“I had a great experience here when I went to have my car checked over before a long road trip. They assured me my car was ready to go and only had one recommendation of new brake pads on the rear. (Around $100 fix.) I fully expected it might need a full brake job on the rear axle and was prepared for that. However, they were very upfront about what they really believed my car needed. It did make the 2000 mile journey with zero issues. They treated me just like all of the other customers without talking down because I'm a woman. They had quick and quality service, which also left all the other customers reasonably happy, too! 100% recommend and would return for further service.”

“I was in Gainesville yesterday and my car dash showed me I had low tires. I went to Askew's Tires to get air and found out that one was losing air fast and almost flat. The young man took it off to fix the flat. When he came back to put the tire back on..he showed me where it was leaking. Around the valve stem. He said he took it off and cleaned it really good and put a new one in. I don't know his name.. but I know he did a good thing. I live about 15 minutes away from downtown. I could have had a flat on that tire on the way home or an accident on the interstate.I want to say 'thanks' again to the young man that fixed my tire! The people at Askew's have always been very nice, polite and professional to me. I will always go to Askew's when I need air if I'm close enough!”
