“I have banked at many different banks over the years and FSB is probably the most personal, and caring bank I have ever experienced. If there is a problem, they will stick with you till its resolved. They are a small bank that doesn't have some of the on line banking resources that a Bank of America or Chase has, but they make up for it by answering the phone when you need them, greeting you by name when you walk in their bank, and handling any concerns immediately when they occasionally come up. And the bank president at the California (main branch) is outstanding! 5 Stars!”
