“Genuinely so sweet. My LDR bf and I did not get the memo about the pouring rain and the shop let us use a towel to dry off. We ended up buying new shirts and a towel as well - not because they pressured us to, but because we wanted to. Thank you for the help and we love our shirts!! Already got compliments :)”
“This store is a delightful blend of vintage and new items. The collection of old books was particularly captivating, and I found the collection of old silverware with its origin and date to be truly unique.”
“What an incredible place to visit! I came here for a girls' trip and stumbled upon this amazing antique shop. It's beautifully organized, and I had a fantastic time exploring it. The shop owner was extremely friendly and wrapped up my purchases with great care.”
“August 24, 2021 Family came in from Beaumont/Buna for the day...we stopped in after lunch at Katie's. It's got several vendors inside..all kinds of vendors, clothes, art, decor, etc Nellie's is right up front with homemade candy, cookies, soda/water”
“Lots of old architectural pieces: window with weights, or just the weights if needed. Limited number of doors. Salvaged bathroom tile and accessories. Some furniture. Concrete corbels and columns. Salvaged oak floors and some limited but various larger beams.
Definitely worth a look if needing vintage architectural replacements”

“Stopped here and on our bday vacation and loved this little store! Karen (I think she was the owner) was so sweet… Scored a few awesome pieces and got to visit with her while I helped her figure out how to load the receipt paper into the CC machine! Lol
Super cute shop that was very clean, organized, and reasonably priced. Thanks for making our bday shopping trip even better!”
“Went here with my parents and snagged some old books. Has an old smell to the building as you might expect.
cool rooms on the second floor that have themes like a vendor who sells Asian antiques, another selling more old childhood vintage toys, and another selling artwork that is western Americana. that is the tip of the iceberg and you need to spend hours here to appreciate everything they have available.”
“I love visiting this store when I take a Galveston trip. I have always found something neat to buy here. Today I bought a 1910 White Rotary sowing machine. I’m excited to have this beautiful piece added to my collection of antiques. Got a great price for it thanks to the beautiful souls that own/run the store. I will be back! - Liz in Katy ❤️”
“This is the best shop for unique and fun stuff. I found great gifts, clothes, and home decor for everyone. The co-op of booths offers many choices to fit my needs. The people working at the store were very customer service oriented. It was a fun shopping experience.”

“This is one of the best antique shops I have ever been to! The ladies assisting at the counter were so sweet and helpful! There is so much to see and the layout of the shop is perfect and allows you to easily browse. I could have spent hours in this shop enjoying all it had to offer!”
“Nice place to visit. Lots of nice things. Decent prices. Cute! Cute clothes, but if you any size besides xs, s or medium. Forget it. Your out of luck. And I think the shoes might have been 7 ½ being the biggest size. Go check this place out tho. Something to do in Galveston that's fun. The lasy that worked there was a gem. Enjoyed her conversation!”
“Wide selection of antiques, sourced nationally. Loved the old circus banners, old toys. Highly recommend to anyone, there's gotta be something in there for just about anybody..!!”
“This is THE coolest antique store I’ve ever been to. The set up and unique selection of antiques sets this store in a category of its own. My only disappointment was that this store was the first one we went to. The other antique stores felt like such a disappointment after going through Big House Antiques.”
