The store employee was not helpful to activate the sim card that was purchased online saying that since u didn't purchase from the store, I can't do anything despite the customer service, asking me to go to the store to get it activated. Dismal store and boost mobile phone customer service is pathetically disappointing

I've been with Boost for years VIP customer and it seem like the rate and service is not getting any better
