“My son didn't enjoy the 2hr wait period and the lady that was helping us left and went in the back and never came back out to help my son finish setting up his new device or should I saying transferring one device information to the new one. He was saying poor service.”
“The new management was very good. The last crew of females not good at all. Have home internet gateway that has extremely fragile power supply cord. The females would not deal with me because it did not make them any money. Gave me the runaround sent me to other stores etc.... Have had 4 cords break in a years time. Uses a power supply that has high power output and replacements are very difficult to locate anywhere but at the metro storefronts. Service is excellent but cords will break with ease even when you are not even home.”
“We walked into the store, first thing we got greeted with was a hello & while we was waiting for others to be finished he made sure to tell us 10 minutes. Zeshan is such a good sale consultant he made sure to tell us all the information and was very thorough. I loved our experience & made sure to tell us everything about our new phones. Amazing experience compared the other times at different locations. It wasn’t such a lengthy process, but he would make sure to tell us the estimate price of everything and how things will go and he gave great advice on our new phones and helped my mother with figuring out if she should get a new phone. he helps solve the problem of the battery and the cracks. 10/10 recommend Zeshan.”
