The store employee was not helpful to activate the sim card that was purchased online saying that since u didn't purchase from the store, I can't do anything despite the customer service, asking me to go to the store to get it activated. Dismal store and boost mobile phone customer service is pathetically disappointing

Don't go to Galveston location!!!! Texas City and Lamarque have the nicest people😇 If you're already a boost customer Galveston store charges for any help that you may need via current phone so I went back to Lamarque store to the "nicest lady" and the Texas city has nice people too where I purchased phone. The lady in Galveston just wants your money doesn't care about your phone or service. Ask her a question and charge you!!!. The "Nice Lady😇" at Lamaque helps and shows me how to transfer info to new phone 👑 Very Nice!!
