“Huge shoutout and many thanks to Juanito who helped us make the decision to switch back to T-Mobile. We were hesitant for so many months because honestly, switching phone companies can be intimidating and sometimes expensive.
He laid out all our options and was so patient with our million questions! We should've switched a long time ago! Because Juanito was looking out for us, we were able to walk away with 4 brand new iPhone 17's, a cheaper family plan with better data and faster speeds, and best of all - peace of mind when we travel for vacations.
Can I give this guy 10 stars?! Give that man a raise. If you are thinking about switching, do it yesterday because we could not be happier with our decision.
Thank you, T-Mobile, for hiring such amazing and down to earth people to represent your brand. I believe Juanito's path is bright and he will only continue to provide only the best customer service and do great things.

“It was a little bit of a wait but it was worth it. If you’re going to complain about the wait of an understaffed business who still delivers exceptional customer service despite the rudeness they encounter everyday, perhaps fill out an application and join their team.
2nd update: Irma is amazing. She does everything she can and makes sure you are all good and all set. She is super helpful, super driven and she just goes above and beyond for you. She’s my go-to for sure.”
“The new management was very good. The last crew of females not good at all. Have home internet gateway that has extremely fragile power supply cord. The females would not deal with me because it did not make them any money. Gave me the runaround sent me to other stores etc.... Have had 4 cords break in a years time. Uses a power supply that has high power output and replacements are very difficult to locate anywhere but at the metro storefronts. Service is excellent but cords will break with ease even when you are not even home.”
“Customer service should get 5 stars, T-Mobile structure bumps it down to 4. Here's why, I needed to replace my phone went to Metro T-Mobile. Chelsie was very helpful explaining the different phones without pressuring me to purchase. I left to do some research and returned ready to buy the phone she had recommended and accessories (case and screen protector). Then, I mentioned I'm a T-Mobile customer and she explained that she can't make the sale as Metro is separate from T-Mobile!?? - losing the sale after she did all the work! I would need to go down the street a couple of blocks to the T-Mobile not Metro to make the purchase. Disappointed I went down the street to the T-Mobile store and they didn't have it stock (will review that experience separately)! When I asked about the relationship between Metro and T-Mobile they stated that T-Mobile is the Parent company of Metro who can only do "after purchase service..." Couldn't figure out what this meant, but suggested they fix this! I asked if they could coordinate the sale with Metro who had it in stock and got a hard no. (?) So, know this ahead of time, and plan accordingly. Chelsie is very customer focused, its too bad that the T-Mobile structure prevented her and the T-Mobile shop down the road from getting the sale.”
