“I just left this location and I've been here all day with a extremely nice, professional employee Cristine. She tried to help me upgrade my phone for several hours, reaching out to everyone she needed to in her chain of command to help her with what seems to be a glitch in the system on our account. She was able to stay calm and not get frustrated when navigating said glitch. She is a great employee to have with cricket. Thankfully we were able to get upper management on the phone I believe his name is Cliff and he is escalating it to get the help we need 1st thing tomorrow morning.
