He even ordered the replacement part while we were driving to his shop! “I wanna compliment Mr Tyson who is the manager of this Kwik Kar. There was a problem on a Carfax report with a basic mileage error. We discovered that the car with the mileage discrepancy was the one I gave to my granddaughter who at the time was trying to sell the car. CARfax report made the potential buyer nervous thinking that we had rollback the odometer (which is no longer possible in the digital age) Mr. Tyson was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in cleaning up the discrepancy which basically inadvertently added mileage for my truck to the jeep that I gave my granddaughter. It took us a while to figure out what was going on but we figured out what was going on in the database and the manager corrected the discrepancy in the vin number for my truck. He also offered to talk to the prospective buyer and let him know that it was not deception but an error which he corrected and made note of. All this while his day was very busy. Thanks to him it should make it easy to get the prospective buyers to understand.I have been taking all my vehicles to this Kwik Kar location for a number of years and the staff there have always been polite courteous, and helpful. Highly recommended!”
