βI donβt usually leave reviews but due to the amazing service I received I absolutely had to leave one. This was my first time ever going to NTB but it was later into the day and my fam and I caught a nail in our tire. I came in and the manager was William was able to squeeze me in. He got us taken care of and kept us updated as we waited (which was not long at all) and even brought out toys for my kids and waters. Weβre on our way back out of town from Galveston and the tire is doing great and holding up good. Iβd recommend this place to anybody just for the quality service and great customer careβ

βAn unfortunate parking decision while on vacation left my front fender pulled halfway off. I had it taped back on for the trip back to Galveston from the east coast, because, as we all know, body shops are famous for taking forever to fix your car, and I needed to get back to Texas. By the time I got to Manuelβs, the tape was peeling off lol: a hooptee in progress. Manuel gave me an affordable price and set an appointment so that I wouldnβt be without my car very long. Staff is very friendly and Manuel was kind and efficient. Car looks great and I feel lucky to find this great local gem!β
βBruce Was an absolute Joy to work with. Our family went in to look at trading in our Expedition and downsize to a Explorer. We were also looking for a very good used car for our kid to learn to drive on. We found both! Bought a new Explorer and a used Ford Escape car with ease. The finished of financial on both cars was extremely easy also. The gentleman who took great care to make sure that financing a first time car for kid was explained in detail for great teaching lesson for kiddo. The experience was awesome. βIβd like to say thank you for such great service today. As we got into Galveston this morning our brakes started grinding as we started looking around for someone to help quickly everyone was telling us we would have to drop off the car and hopefully they could get to it. Well that wasnβt an option as it was six. After talking to David @ Mr muffler & brakes he told me to bring it by and would get us out as quickly as possible once we arrived he got our car and took it in with a shop full of other work to help us. I just wanted to say thank you so much and will definitely refer to anyone needing assistance with a professionalβ

βMonte was the only person in town who was willing to change oil in my Mercedes RV. I was too tall to go inside of all services around. He explained I needed to obtain my own special oil and filter saying no shop would have it on hand.. i came back and he was willing to do the change outside. Great work, great knowledge, and great guy. Highly recommend.β
βWow, is all I can say now! Tony and his crew worked so hard on my 1979 GMC Caballero (see photos I posted). He is the only one who could have restored this beauty to its original working condition. It was in a sad state, but he never gave up on her. I am so happy with him and the others who worked on this project with me!β
βLess than 12 mins and my tire was patched! They were so kind and friendly. Good down to earth shop, honest guys. And they let their secretary bring her baby to work and to me that just shows how family oriented and compassionate the owners are !β
βThis place has amazing service. My daughters returned from a cruise with a flat tire. They came on site. They fixed it and checked car for any other problems which was found and fixed for their long drive back home. They went above and beyond. They are friendly, efficient, good communication , GREAT customer service and GREAT prices. Highly recommend!!β

βI went to 2 tire shops before going here. Everyone checked the tire and said it was fine. Carlos aired it up and put it in some water to see where it was leaking and found it was the valve stem. Was able to walk away paying only $10.β
βI had a really great experience at Kaysers Automotive. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, honest, and straight to the point. They explained what was going on with my car in a way that actually made sense and didnβt try to upsell me on things I didnβt need.
I was also really glad they accept EasyPay because I honestly didnβt have the money upfront for the repair. Being able to finance the job took a lot of stress off me. They work with good credit, bad credit, or even no credit, which helps a lot.
Definitely recommend them if youβre looking for a reliable and honest shop.β
βPepe, the manager is a very HONEST may, those are hard to find, as well his shop does great workβ¦. To say again he is honest and stands behind the work the shop does.
My daughterβs car was basically totaled, the left front tire was detached from the axel and the fender was banged up. I just happened to see Pepeβs shop as I was looking for someone to give me an estimate.

βI have a 1979 corvette and NO ONE could figure out the ac for me. I have taken it to so many shops and not one mechanic could figure it out, I finally brought it to this shop and the mechanic, Guy and supervisor, Jessie got it down! They not only fixed the ac with super cold air but they also fixed a leak that no one else could figure out! I'm so pleased with the mechanic shop, they went the extra mile to get everything done and they are truly the best! βHe took my little beach truck, a 2002 Tacoma, and made it look brand new. Well other than the oxidation on the hood that only a new paint job will fix. $150 and it looks fantastic! Get there early, they only take so many a day. I got there at 8 and there were already two in front of me. Quality work, no detail left undone, down to the dusty AC vents! ??β
