“Jay is the most honest and caring pawn shop employee I’ve ever met. I purchased an electric scooter for 850 dollars using a line of credit called Acima. Rode it home and then it shorted on me and caught fire inside the display screen. I was devastated. I thought my money was I done for and I relied on that purchase. Losing it would’ve set off a chain of events that would’ve left me unable to pay my rent and left me homeless. While one employee was trying to shy me away and told me it was my problem between me and Acima, jay went ahead and called them for me and was able to get it refunded and cancel the loan. Thank you jay for going above and beyond helping me. There is no other pawn shop I will go to on the island now besides this one.”
