“I just came to compliment the young lady who worked in front. I waited for about 25 minutes, first in line and then for the mechanic to look at my vehicle. During this time, this lady handled incoming calls, two lines of face-to-face customers, and quick-chats with the mechanics LIKE A PRO. Not once did she respond rudely to any customer (in person or by phone ) and neither did she become snippy with her team. As a person who values friendly customer service and honesty, I just wanted to commend her. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name right now, but gee willy did she model excellent customer service that positively represents the Firestone brand!”

I got to stay inside my vehicle but there is also a waiting area in the office if you want to wait there. Was in and out quick and they got me fixed asap! Everyone was efficient, nice and friendly!”
