I have taken one of their classes which I found to be informative and well run. My wife loves the boutique and it makes it nice for us to share the experience. The best and scariest part was when I was really wanting a Muffin shirt. My partner's & I searched high and low. I asked her if they had anymore shirts. She asked what size and it seemed like it was possible that there was 1 left. The display shirt. She climbed up on the tall shaky WALKING ladder, took the last display shirt for me. And it FITS! “I have shopped at this Francesca’s boutique for over five years, and during that time I’ve built genuine friendships with the employees because they truly care. They have always made me feel welcomed and valued. So many times, they’ve put together outfits for me that were completely outside of my comfort zone and I ended up loving every single one. This store is truly special, and the employees are absolutely remarkable. I was heartbroken to hear that it will be closing. This has been my go-to store for years, and I have never experienced customer service anywhere else that compares to the exceptional service I receive at the Francesca’s on TPC Parkway. Every time I walk in, I feel like I’m in Pretty Woman they know my size just by looking at me and have a fitting room ready with several outfits waiting for me to try.
This store will be deeply missed. I can’t count how many compliments I’ve received on my outfits, and I always make sure to refer my family and friends to this particular Francesca’s. I’ve visited other locations, but none come close to the level of service and care I receive here. My heart is truly broken. If anyone reading this has the power to keep this store open, please do. Please listen when I say that this store and these employees are one of a kind and cannot be replaced.”
