“I called yesterday this store location and spoke to a nice woman by the name of Kelly. I asked If she had a certain pair of pink sweatpants, and at first, she said, no, then she asked me to hold on, and then she turned the answer from a no into a yes. And in my size, I asked her if she can hold them until tomorrow afternoon, and she proudly said yes, I asked her. If she would like me to bring her a cold drink tomorrow, and she said, no. And I said, please, it would be my pleasure since you are doing me. A huge favor since my other sweatpants got extremely ruined from some type of dye, and I needed these pants to replace. She said, okay, if you insist I brought her a can of ice cold ice T Brisk. As soon as I came in. I requested for Kelly and another lady brought her up to me. She was so happy to see me as I was happy to see her. She showed me the pink sweatpants, and I was so happy. She put a huge smile to my face, and then I went into my bag and gave her the cold brisk. Iced tea that she was so happy to see that I did remember. I definitely recommend this old navy to anybody.Especially ask for kelly, she is always obliged to help out a customer with a huge smile on her face!!!!!”

“I have been going for a few years. It’s a great place to shoot, great store layout, well stocked with knowledgeable employees. Always friendly and courteous. I have taken one of their classes which I found to be informative and well run. My wife loves the boutique and it makes it nice for us to share the experience. I finally became a member which is a great value if you shoot more than 2x a month. I have never had to wait for a lane. Good prices on good ammo (they don’t sell junk). All around good vibe!”

I get so many compliments anytime I wear anything from The Mill. This place can do no wrong. Very size inclusive. I’m a xl and there’s so many options available from dresses, pants to shirts. Not only is this place super trendy and unique but has beautiful home decor items / soaps/ gifts/ trinkets/ toys and there’s even an ice cream shop inside ! Seriously this is a hidden gem. The best and scariest part was when I was really wanting a Muffin shirt. My partner's & I searched high and low. I asked her if they had anymore shirts. She asked what size and it seemed like it was possible that there was 1 left. The display shirt. She climbed up on the tall shaky WALKING ladder, took the last display shirt for me. And it FITS! I love it! I appreciate her climbing that scary ladder and going above and beyond for little ol' me! Oreo, thanl you so much!”

“I have shopped at this Francesca’s boutique for over five years, and during that time I’ve built genuine friendships with the employees because they truly care. They have always made me feel welcomed and valued. So many times, they’ve put together outfits for me that were completely outside of my comfort zone and I ended up loving every single one. This store is truly special, and the employees are absolutely remarkable. I was heartbroken to hear that it will be closing. This has been my go-to store for years, and I have never experienced customer service anywhere else that compares to the exceptional service I receive at the Francesca’s on TPC Parkway. Every time I walk in, I feel like I’m in Pretty Woman they know my size just by looking at me and have a fitting room ready with several outfits waiting for me to try.
This store will be deeply missed. I can’t count how many compliments I’ve received on my outfits, and I always make sure to refer my family and friends to this particular Francesca’s. I’ve visited other locations, but none come close to the level of service and care I receive here. My heart is truly broken. If anyone reading this has the power to keep this store open, please do. Please listen when I say that this store and these employees are one of a kind and cannot be replaced.”

“This location is farther away from my house but after I had an extremely bad experience at the dd's discount on Walsem road, it was an extremely refreshing experience to be treated so kindly and having cashiers and employees be so courteous and willing to help. I told the cashier about my bad experience at the Walsem location, and it surprised me when she apologized for their mistreatment and extremely poor customer service. The Walsem dd's didn't even care one bit, at the Walsem dd's the security, cashier's and every employee got off on treating their customers like dirt! This location might have been farther away but it was worth the longer distance, to go to a different location where you are treated with kindness and respect rather than going to the Walsem dd's which is actually closer to my house. The Walsem location can learn at lot from this location. The Walsem location lost a customer and this location just gained one. In my opinion if you're looking for a great shopping experience avoid the Walsem dd's all together and go to this location!”
