“Best in Show provides another level of service and quality in their work. I recently took my Lexus in after consulting with multiple other body shops in the area. Charles, the owner, personally came out to inspect my vehicle and talked me through everything when providing his initial estimate. He also provided the most economical and reasonable quote by far compared to other shops in the area. The turnaround time was very good as well, I left the car with them on Saturday and was able to pick my car up again on Thursday morning. Very quick despite having to dissemble, repair and repaint 3 entire panels. Charles personally communicated with me on the progress of my car throughout the repair and the final cost was very similar to the preliminary estimate. I just picked the car up and the quality of work his shop does is excellent, it looks the same as when I picked it up from the dealer 8 years ago. I will definitely be using this shop again in the future.”

Even though my house is actually closer to another location of carspa, I prefer to go to his location because he gives me the feeling that he cares about your car. Almost every modern car wash place has about the same equipment. To me what makes the difference is the people who work there. “Absolutely the most amazing experience ever! If we didn’t have to move, I would never go to another shop. When my husband was out of town, our diesel truck broke down. We were able to get it towed to them, and had it back within a few days. The amount of issues our truck had was crazy, not only did they identify the problem and fix all the parts. But they genuinely cared about finding the root of the issues. Our AC basically blew up and broke a bunch of parts, they took their time and care into making sure there was no chunks of the broken parts anywhere, and fixed all broke parts. Then they checked EVERYTHING, and after hours of searching they found what was causing the issue and took them time to identify why it wasn’t working properly. Super honest and kind people, thank you so much. We honestly didn’t expect the truck to be done so quick, knowing how much work it needed, and we were planning to move a few days after it went in the shop. They were quick, efficient and communicated with us every step of the way. Thank you for making us feel safe, especially because we tow our RV across the country multiple times a year , it’s hard to find a shop we can trust to genuinely care about timeline, quality and safety. If we’re ever in the area, we will not go anywhere else with any of our vehicles!!! Also amazing prices for amazing quality of work and care !!!!!”
“Ok… let me start with this, I judge IMR off internet reviews. Those reviews were wrong, the owner is a great guy super personable, and very good at his craft. I ordered down pipes for Genesis G70 it took a bit longer than expected but they are well worth the wait. The car performance is absolutely amazing, especially when paired with advanced fueling mods.
Overall all I’m super happy about this purchase.the installation is straightforward and the owner gave me many tips on doing so, I have only had them in my car for about two days now, but I will keep everybody updated. If something changes, for now the car performs amazing and I would recommend this to anybody that has a genesis!”
