I scheduled a mobile clean and it was too dirty for that, so they came and picked it up. They spent five hours on my truck and it is cleaner than it was the day I bought it. They are transparent and have amazing customer service!”

“Best Car Detailing in the Business!!!I had an emergency due to my new puppy having a serious accident in my car and having kids was a no go. I would post before pictures but I don't think anyone should see the detrimental condition of my poor SUV. ?? ??? So, I searched locally for a detailing place and everywhere I called either was too expensive or was already closed. I called ahead of time to check these guys and the receptionist was so kind and helpful and allowed me to come in at 5p even though they usually stop detailing at 4:30p. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager, Mr. Jerry, and he asked his employer Jesus if he was willing to take the job knowing he only had an hour to finish this extreme last minute emergency. Jesus made sure that my car looked brand new! I am so grateful for Papi's Car Wash and Detail. The price was reasonable and this company truly cares about their customers. I am definitely saving them and returning the next time I need my car detailed and would highly recommend them to anyone who would like to experience true old fashioned car detailing service with a smile ?. Excellent at his job at making sure you get your car well taken care of.My first time experience someone had hit my bumper. I took it to them and gave them the insurance policy number of the other party. They carefully explained the process and would keep me updated throughout the entire time. Making sure my time and each day didn’t go wasted on fixing my vehicle. Within a week it was ready for me. I appreciate that they also take their time to vacuum and wash your car before giving it back to you a very nice gesture. “Did a bad job on detailing my car , they left 1 seat not cleaned and didn’t clean the shift gear, and told them to clean my trunk and that was not done , the car was still dirty in places that were hard to reach but could have been reached if they tried , plus they didn’t clean between the cracks and my center console was not cleaned, go to a better detail shop if u can , they did a good job refunding me my money , that’s the only thing good that was done , they try to scam u and have u pay a lot of money just to do a clean that I could have done”
