Customers appreciate that the staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to work with their budgets and schedules. The delivery team is often praised for being pleasant, thorough, and efficient, with drivers testing items before leaving and providing clear instructions on use. The business has a good selection of sturdy furniture and appliances that are not cheaply made, making it a popular choice for those seeking quality at low prices. Customers also note that the company often finds ways to accommodate their financial situations and delivery timing. However, some issues have been reported. One customer experienced delays due to staff quitting, and communication about delivery dates and contracts could be improved. A few reviews mention discrepancies between online listings and in-store inventory, with some items being paid for but not immediately available, leading to frustration.
