“I went to this place looking for a tuxedo for myself. I was a little apprehensive being as though I’m a gay, black female, and wasn’t sure what type of service I would receive. Muhammad was very patient with me. I ordered my items, and it was a breeze. I did have an issue with the size of the pants once the order came in. My event was the next day and Muhammad found me some pants in my size in the store, sized them, and made sure I was ready for the event. I’m greatful for his customer service. “Was recommended to go to Sam's Fine Jewelry by a coworker to get some repairs done to 2 of my rings and a necklace. I wish I took before and after pictures! Repairs were done very fast and the rings looked like brand new rings! At the same time I ended up buying another ring to wear for work (that's how I damaged the other rings, I work with my hands), custom made and I couldn't be more impressed and happy with it. Staff was super helpful and kind which makes all the difference in the experience. Did not feel pressured, rushed or like a sales process. Informed me of different options and styles. Highly recommend, and will be telling my family and friends to come here as well.”
