“Very few businesses these days really know what customer service means. This business truly understands what customer service is. One day last week, Josh & his lovely mother, Penny, (cute, huh?), waited way past closing for me to arrive. I never did. As luck would have it my suv's transmission went out. I finally was able to call & apologize. Unbelievablly they were still there waiting. Penny was worried but couldn't remember exactly what I had called. So she wasn't sure which number was mine to check on me. But I made it the next night. And was so pleasantly surprised. Visited with Penny while Josh finished up his business with another customer. When Josh & I met he was so pleasant & seemed really glad that Penny & I had such a nice time talking & looking over they coins I had brought with me. Josh began to go through my coins. When all was said & done we had visited for over an hour & a half & he made me a very fair offer for what I brought in & we parted like long lost friends. Now don't think you will have to stay like I did. HE is more than business like. But also able to read his customers & gets it when someone prefers a more relaxed feel. I am so glad I choose Texas Gold & Silver! It will truly be the only place I recommend. And the only place I will do any coin, gold, or silver business with from now on. “The Garland location has always been a go to for me when I dont want to drive to the Northpark location. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I went in there looking for a ring and bracelet. I am unsure about my ring size since it varies from ring to ring. I was worried about my finger shrinking in the winter. Clairece had an idea and went to the back and came back with a paper bowl and ice. She told me to hold the ice in my hand and try to get my finger to shrink a little. It worked and I was very happy with the fit of the ring. I have never had a bad purchase and the staff at the Garland location has always been very helpful and they NEVER try to up-sale.”
