“I’ve been waiting since October for Texas Toffee to come back to the Rockwall Farmers Market. I don’t even like toffee, but I will eat an entire bag of this. It’s unlike any toffee I’ve ever had before. They also have a sugar free option which I will argue is the best sugar free item I’ve ever had.”

They want customers to use the QR code which may provide information about shoppers.”
