The teller was not professional enough..May be on the rude side but the officer was extremely caring and helped us in very professional manner.

We had an issue with our Chase account which didn’t get solved after visiting another Chase branch and with multiple calls spanning over atleast 3 hours. The officer we met in this branch, Cam, was the only one who dived into the issue with sincerity and got the solution for us!
