“I went into Veritex Bank at the Garland, TX branch with a check my customer wrote me. I apologize for not remembering their names. But there was 2 tellers inside one malle and one female. I don't think I've ever been in a bank that made me feel like I was the account holder I was treated with professionalism and courtesy that you just don't hardly find anymore. Great job you two. But they have been so kind and helpful to individuals like myself, I can't help but be grateful for them. Their OOPS account assistance, has been so wonderful that, it made it possible for me to have a $35,000 complete shoulder replacement in November through that program, through Navy Federal credit union! They Provided me with the down payment that I needed to get the surgery that was life threatening to me. Without the good Lord, in Heaven, and this organization, I really would be in trouble with life's situations. Had an Amazing experience with the Awesome Banker Sonia and also Belem Soto The exemplified the Highest Customer and answered all my questions, plus took care of what I needed. The branch is very clean , the tellers greet you when you come in. It's just a good place to come. I will be back !”
“Eva made my transactions so fast and friendly best interaction with chase I usually hate coming to chase because they give me so much problems asking for 2nd form of identification for a deposit for a company I work for which doesn’t make sense at all but w her she gives me no issues give her a raise”

“The service at Frost Bank is impressive. They are very prompt at taking care of their customers. You are not a number to them, you are treated as a person. I’ve never had a bank call me fir several weeks after I opened an account. But Frost bank does to check on you. I had a few questions and she couldn’t answer it. “I cannot remember exactly the last time I went into a bank because I do most of my banking online but today, I had to get my teenage son an account. This was the most convenient location for us regardless of the reviews I saw. I took a chance and went in anyway. The gentleman that greeted us and ultimately helped us is John Nguyen and he was great. He made the process of getting my son's account very seamless and we were in and out within 45 minutes in spite a few technical issues. John spoke with us and was a straight shooter. He genuinely cared for us and my son and I were able to relate to him because he has a son my son's age. We chatted, we got our errand done and John was very friendly with great customer service. He said he only took over this location about 4 months ago and I'm glad because he was very friendly and relate-able.”

“Traveling back from New York, my daughter lost her wallet, either somewhere in the airport or on the shuttle to off-site parking.Three weeks later, we received a phone call from Ismael Fernandez, a Banker at Chase Bank on Centerville in Garland, TX. He saw my daughter's wallet in their lost and found and reached out to return it to her.We think the following happened:My daughter recently got a Chase debit card. Someone found the wallet and noticed there was a Chase debit card inside. On their way home they dropped it by a Chase bank, where it was placed in the lost and found.What I appreciate is that Ismael took the time to track down my daughter's account information and contact us about her wallet.I stopped by the branch to retrieve the wallet, and while I wasn't able to meet Ismael, other Chase team members, such as Head Teller Veronica Esparza, were friendly, helpful, and kind.Ultimately, I am really impressed by their level of professionalism.”
