“I went into Veritex Bank at the Garland, TX branch with a check my customer wrote me. I apologize for not remembering their names. But there was 2 tellers inside one malle and one female. I don't think I've ever been in a bank that made me feel like I was the account holder I was treated with professionalism and courtesy that you just don't hardly find anymore. Great job you two. “I cannot remember exactly the last time I went into a bank because I do most of my banking online but today, I had to get my teenage son an account. This was the most convenient location for us regardless of the reviews I saw. I took a chance and went in anyway. The gentleman that greeted us and ultimately helped us is John Nguyen and he was great. He made the process of getting my son's account very seamless and we were in and out within 45 minutes in spite a few technical issues. John spoke with us and was a straight shooter. He genuinely cared for us and my son and I were able to relate to him because he has a son my son's age. We chatted, we got our errand done and John was very friendly with great customer service. He said he only took over this location about 4 months ago and I'm glad because he was very friendly and relate-able.”
