“The cashiers & people that worked there were really nice. It was clean & very organized. They have a community serve yourself candy bagging station like the grocery stores did back in the late 90's early 2000's. With COVID & everything else going around that was my only issue with them.”

“I come way from Cedar Hill to this location bc I saw that the ones closer to me have rude customer service. Even when the young lady is direct, to me it's not rude. She just be trying to get order in the store bc everytime they make signs on the floor for the line, they get scratched up so a lot of the times you gotta guess where you at and remember mfas will come in and act like they don't see you and cut. People just be letting em do it. That's my only complaint. Other than that, the customer service is cool. They get you in and out and not rude about it to me.”

“This store is kept nice and clean. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but it’s to be expected given the good quality food. I come here with my woman every so often, as she loves the 1836 milk, and they always have it. What I especially like about this location is the customer service. Cashiers are always friendly, and the people working the rest of the store are very helpful. Today, my woman grabbed some seasoning from the shelves, but she realized there was a better deal at that serve yourself section, and she asked me to put the old seasoning back in the section she found it at. One of the people working nearby, Pete, noticed I was going to put it back, and asked if I needed assistance with anything. I asked him where I could put the seasoning back, and he offered to take it for me and save me the trip. I gave it to him, and he put it back for me. I really appreciated that. Pete was a real happy guy too, as he had a bright smile on his face when he approached me. Great customer service right there, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in the future.”

“This store is very clean and organized. Staff is friendly and reliable. The prices are great on vegan foods. They carry most of my fave vegan brands. In my opinion. All grocery stores should keep all vegan food in a dedicated area. I don't know of any store that does that. I can find vegan turkey by dairy cheese. ??♀️ The vegan cheese is near some other dairy cheese. This means I get to go around the whole store to get all my vegan foods. It's easier to do so at Sprouts as there are bigger isles and more room to push a cart through the isles. That's not the case with other stores around here. It's Park Cities. I know it's urban, and there's not much land. This Sprouts is pretty big. It's suburban big. I never can't find parking in the lot. The price of my completed shopping was under $70! ?? That's very good compared to other stores with large vegan selections.”

“Okay, get ready because I GOT SOME THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS STORE AND IT'S EMPLOYEES. One in particular. To start off, I've been going to this store for like the last 3 years. In the last, eh, year and a half maybe, they've totally improved the store all around, from the layout of the products on the floor to the kindness and helpfulness of the employees. Which leads me to Alan. Alan is the store manager and this dude is a walking encyclopedia of fitness and nutrition information, he also makes DAMN sure you get the absolute best bang for your buck. You can come into the store with any question about anything from physiology to specific chemical compounds in the products on the shelves, and he will give you a detailed explanation of its purpose and effects on the body, a comparison to other products to find out which best suits your needs, and finally, the absolute best deal that can be given. I have no reason to go anywhere else with my nutritional/supplement/fitness needs as long as Alan still works in that store.”

“Still better than traditional grocery stores, but looks much more like them now. May stock more conventional product than organic, which was never the case before amazon bought them. Cheerios - really??? Used to be able to sample product throughout the store, now it's rare to see anything. They don't even stock wild shrimp from the Gulf, and we're in Dallas! Fruit is shiny b/c it's coated with something I don't want to ingest, FDA-approved or not. Have to shop carefully now, check ingredients, countries of origin. Not nearly enough local product, esp. meat. Used to feel 100% "safe" about their product and bought everything there. No more. Very sad.”

We love chatting with them. You can grab a beer, shop around, try a cheese sample and make grocery shopping an enjoyable and fun experience! Their vegetables and fruit are always fresh and tasty.
