“I wanted to share my experience at this location. My Samsung galaxy 23 was having major issues, so I called 611, got a replacement phone delivered to another store, however the young man there was not in mood to do his job. So I left and came to this location. Immediately greeted with a Good morning someone will be right with with. I believe her name was Moe. After a short wait, Jose approached me and asked what brings me in today. I explained my problem and he said let me see what he could do. I had paid for my warranty at the other location and he was not sure if he could return the old device. He went to the back room, to probably call the other location, came back out after a while, with the receipt and said no worries, let's get your phone working. I was so thankful for his kindness and patience. Jose took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He had two other customers but made sure that I understood how long it would take and why.

“I visited this location a few weeks ago and I’m SO GLAD that I did. The customer service here was TOP NOTCHED. Santiago was my initial sales representative that assisted me in purchasing my new phone. There was NO pressure to purchase or even to sale my phone back to the company. He was a honest, friendly and helpful representative that helped to make my transaction as SMOOTH as possible. I even had to return back to the store a couple of days afterwards due to my watch not pairing, and even then the interaction with the sales representative ( I didn’t get his name) was pleasant. The individual was eager to help and what he didn’t know he consulted his colleague for assistance. Though it took sometime to configure, he remain patient and determined to rectify the issue. And it was NEAR closing time, and he DID NOT rush or make me feel like I was being rushed. I appreciate that. Because of these encounters, this location will have my business for years to come as long as the customer service remains the same.”
