“First, Let me say I love when people take the time to write and submit reviews(good /bad or indifferent) Jose ,sales rep for Spectrum was amazing. Jose was very honest and candid about the process of purchasing in the store vs online.I was trying see why my package was going to get to me. If Jose hadn't helped me I would have had a messed Christmas. I was suppose to receive an item but according to Jose I wouldn't have gotten it till 2 days after Christmas. The Spectrum rep on the phone made it seem like that I would have gotten it on Saturday. But the information was incorrect. Jose gave me the correct information. He helped me find an item to ensure that I would have the gift for Christmas.”
