He educated me in pricing and even got a SIM card to activate my sons phone. Zayan is a professional, kind and knowledgeable in his job. “I had a very good experience here. I was returning a gateway. No one pressured me the way AT&T does. Marco helped me with the return and called billing on my behalf. Based on this experience, if I change service, I will definitely go with T-Mobile. Their telephone support is horrible but this corporate store changed my mind.”

“I live in Mesquite but I was in the area and I stopped in to look for some things (mobile accessories and pricing on Washer/Dryer) and had the BEST customer service I’ve ever received from an employee named Richard! He was so well versed on all my questions and extremely patient. I will come back to this Best Buy location just for him! Thank you Richard, you are the absolute best! “The guy who helped us when opening my plan was super helpful and knowledgeable when looking at each of the plans. He shared tips and tricks that had helped other clients in the past and to get the best deal possible. He didn’t give added pressure to try and establish additional features on our account and allowed us to make the decisions on what we needed.
However when returning back the next day to upgrade my husband’s phone, it was an entirely different experience. Nobody knew what they were doing, nobody greeted us, and they were trying to overcharge us for the phone upgrade. We ended up just walking out and handling on a different day.
I can say that depending on who you chat with there can really change the experience. I’m giving a 5 star just because of the guy who helped me specifically. He was great!”
