I worked closely with Emily. She walked me thru each step. She was very patient and sweet and understood how precious these items were to me. I felt heard and together we designed several items. I was completely WOWED when I saw the finished products! I not only have new gorgeous pieces for my self to wear now, but have legacy pieces that have my Mom’s stones in them to share with my family some day. Quality craftsmanship, beautiful designs. Unique. Great experience.”

“I had an old watch that was coming apart and desperately needed a new watch band. I saw this place on Google and decided to give it a try.To start, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted me at the counter as if I'd been there a hundred times before. When I presented them with my problem, they were more than happy to help. They let me look at the watch bands carefully and pick which one was to my liking. I found a black leather watch band I loved and the price was more than reasonable. They put my band on the watch and sent me on my way, happy that my watch had been fixed. Definitely coming back here and telling all my friends that this is the go-to place for watch repair.”

“I had a great service experience here! I needed to get the stone setting fixed on my ring, and he quoted me a much lower price than other shops I had visited. On top of that, he even included a free ring polishing.
On the day of pickup, the ring wasn't quite ready because they were extremely busy, so I had to wait a little longer. However, he compensated for the inconvenience by charging me less than the original quoted price without me even asking. That really shows how much they value their customers and their time.
Highly recommend!”
