“I am not one for brand loyalty. I’ll go to wherever it’s cheapest because most of the big brand names don’t ever deliver on their promises. So when you find a company run by a kind human, you stick with them. Nick, the owner, always goes above and beyond. The service is quick and reasonably priced. The staff is always kind and courteous. I could name a couple of examples but recently came in for one thing, and they let me know that my brake lights were out. I would not have known if they hadn’t told me and I’m grateful they did because that’s dangerous and they quite possibly saved my life. 10/10 recommendation.”

The staff was courteous and inviting from the moment I arrived, They explained what was needed as part of my regular service and which things they without asking. “I had a bad experience with Felicia, who was unprofessional, uncaring, and short tempered, visibly losing her cool when dealing with a frustration. However, I had great experiences with many of the other staff, including the head manager Stephen, who was professional and worked hard to set things right. Because many of the other staff seemed good, especially the head manager who is one of the most important staff, I still give them 5 stars.”
